By accessing this website or engaging Webverse Agency for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

Webverse Agency provides web design, web development, and related digital services to clients. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for any engagement are defined in a separate project agreement or proposal issued before work begins.

All projects begin with a signed proposal or contract. Work will not commence until the agreed deposit has been received. Any changes to scope requested after work has started may result in revised timelines and additional costs.

Webverse Agency reserves the right to decline any project at its discretion.

Payment schedules are outlined in the project proposal. Late payments may result in work being paused until the outstanding balance is settled. Refunds are issued only as specified in the signed project agreement.

Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns all custom work produced for their project (code, design assets, and copy written specifically for them).

Webverse Agency retains the right to display the completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing. We also retain ownership of any proprietary tools, frameworks, or boilerplate used in building the project.

The client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content they provide (text, images, logos, data). By providing content, you confirm you have the rights to use it and grant Webverse Agency a license to incorporate it into your project.

Webverse Agency is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. If the client terminates, any work completed up to that point is billable at the agreed rate. If Webverse Agency terminates, we will deliver all completed work and refund any prepaid amounts for incomplete work.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Webverse Agency operates. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable local law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
